Also, always marinate in the refrigerator, else, you always run a risk of ending up with spoilt poultry.
Now when it come to the most interesting part of cooking, we have always seen that expert chefs always cook poultry with skin on, what then becomes of the fat conscious. Well this is done actually to retain the flavor, however, you can definitely remove the skin when you are dining.
Though Fried chicken is the most appealing, it is not very nutritious when compared on the health chart, hence you can always roast it. Also, one must notice that chicken must always look white when cooked, and not pink when you make a cut inside. So here is towards eating some good chicken and turkey.
